We are looking for a talented and forward thinking Senior Power Platform Engineer to help us build a Power Platform Centre of Excellence; if you have experience shaping and operating enterprise wide MS Power Platform service offerings, alongside exposure to the construction of Power Platform based solutions, and you would relish the opportunity to join an team-oriented organisation that values ideas and individual contributions, then we should talk.

Your role 

• As a member of the Cloud & Platform Services team, located in London, UK, you will: 
• Be part of a global team responsible the configuration and operation of Power Platform Services. 
• Define and implement Power Platform governance, observability and usage standards and processes. 
• Contribute to our Power Platform Strategy. 
• Work with our Business Community and Software Development teams supporting the design, build and operation of Power Platform solutions. 
• Work with our Cyber Security team to ensure the appropriate security posture is maintained across the Power Platform stack. 
• Work with our Infrastructure team to ensure alignment with our overall Azure tenancy standards and objectives. 

• A solid understanding of the Power and M365 ecosystem. 
• Experience creating the polices, processes and frameworks for the enterprise wide adoption the Power Platform, in particular PowerBI and Power Apps. 
• Commercial exposure to the operation of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate platforms 
• Commercial exposure to the development of solutions in PowerBI and Power Apps. 
• Engineering background with a solid understanding of SDLC’s. 
• Track record of issue and objective ownership, independently driving to a high-quality conclusion. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive interactions with both business and technical stakeholders. 
• Proactive and user-focused, with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in the functional as well as technical aspects of each challenge encountered. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities 
• Excellent English oral and written skills 

Qualifications and skills that will help you stand out 

• Previous experience in the commodities and/or trading industry. 
• Have completed or are working towards formal MS Power Platform and/or M365 accreditation. 
• Experience working with MS Azure and associated services.
