We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team to help us grow to the next level in delivering well architected and high quality solutions to our clients. 

You will be joining a highly skilled team leveraging modern web, mobile, and big data technologies in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create project plans and schedules to share with clients and internal team.
• Manage multiple projects for various clients.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Conduct client meetings, communicate project status and follow up with action items.
• Facilitate communication between clients and development team.
• Gather, understand, and document project requests from clients.
• Assist in the creation of SOWs.
• Request and review estimates from development team.
• Timely response and follow up to client and team inquiries.
• Able to plan ahead and foresee potential issues or road blocks.
• Budget and schedule tracking and reporting.
• Provide weekly status reports.
• Approve project related time entries in Professional Services Automation system (Projector PSA).
• Plan and schedule resources working across projects based on scope of work and project requirements (Resource leveling).
• Able to work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
• Perform sprint planning and create/assign project tickets to team members in JIRA.
• Conduct project huddles as needed.
• Monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and address in advance.
• Maintain on-going relationships with clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement to all process and tools used in the execution of project activities.
• Work with QA on test plans and strategy

• 3+ years project management experience. 
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple web or mobile development projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client relationship management skills and communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation).
• Adept in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and JIRA.
• SDLC experience.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and principles.
• Detail oriented with excellent listening skills.
• Proven ability in managing workload and resources effectively.
• Team player with a great attitude and friendly disposition.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position for our Santa Barbara office.  Partially remote work will be considered (3-4 days in Santa Barbara and 1-2 days remote on a weekly basis).
