Job Description

Vision Elevators has an exciting position, We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team!

 

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping

  • Passing journals

  • Bank statements processing

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.

  • Following up on outstanding customer invoices.

  • Handling petty cash and staff expense claims.

  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payments.

3. Payroll & Tax Compliance

  • Monthly and weekly payroll processing

  • Preparing and submitting EMP201 and other statutory returns (MEIBC and NUMSA)

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies.

4. Financial Reporting & Support

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts..

  • Providing administrative support to senior accountants or finance managers.

5. Procurement & Inventory Support (If Required)

  • Assisting in procurement by verifying supplier invoices and purchase orders.

  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in  Accounting 

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).

  • Strong numerical and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary offered 12000 - 14000
