Minimum requirement: 

• Mechanical or electrical back group
• Age group - Not older than 23 years
• P1 & P2 
• N5 & N6
• Mathematics
• Be self motivated and a team player
• Must be able to give great attention to details
• Commitment to learning

Technical and behavioral competencies: 

• Must be able to accurately gather and analyze information
• Must commit to the company's vision
• Provide feedback on evaluation results

Steps of application

1. Shortlisted candidates will take  a 2 hour test
2. Candidates that achieve the best marks will be interviewed by HR & HOD
3. Shortlisted will be interviewed by the panel
4. Successful candidate selected
