Job Description

We have an exciting position available at Wesant Manufacturing based in Durban for a procurement administrator  / store controller.

Requirements:

Matric

Tertiary qualification preferably in Supply chain management 

Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry ( advantage)

SAP

Min 5 years experience

Competencies: 

Good time management

Attention to detail is important

Good communication skills

Patient but able to affirmative

Good organisational skills

Strong minded

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all incoming stock 

  2. Manage all outgoing stock 

  3. Manage ordering of low stock

  4. Perform quarterly stocktake

  5. Update KPA sheet monthly 

  6. Assist and process stock orders, orders for galvanizing and orders for plating as well as any adhoc requirements that may come up

  7. Daily follow up on open PO sheet

  8. Processing all GRNS for Vision and Wesant daily

  9. Processing of all sales orders 

  10. Ensuring Wesant stores remains to required specifications in terms of neatness and labels etc

  11. Checking trolleys for projects, repairs and production orders to ensure accuracy

  12. Submitting Certificate Packs

  13. Processing of production orders for Projects and repairs.

ADHOC duties

Salary based on experience

Position available 1st September 2021

 

 

Qualifications

Matric

Tertiary qualification in Supply chain management or similar

 

Additional Information

CTC of R10 000 - R15 000 per month
