Job Description

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work within the Performance Group at Cossette Media. The Performance Group is made up of dedicated subject matter experts (SMEs) who develop and manage world class strategies in Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social and emerging platforms. Partnering closely and working collaboratively with our Media Planning teams, the Performance Group’s mandate is to drive measurable results to our clients’ businesses. We are product owners and champions. We drive innovation in strategy, testing, measurement and operations. 

Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Activation the primary day-to-day responsibilities include:  

  • Design of world class paid search and social strategies for top tier clients
  • Leading and maintaining senior client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies
  • Managing, training and developing a team of high performing individuals 
  • Exceeding performance targets through effective account design, optimization and testing
  • Co-creating, developing and iterating our performance product
  • Partnering effectively with Google, Facebook and other partners


what you bring to the table.

  • 6+ years working in a digital media environment, paid search and social

  • Proven advanced understanding of Adwords, Bing, Facebook platforms and their APIs, scripting systems and 3rd party tools such as SA360

  • Experience with Google suite, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, PHP, ActionScript, Java

  • Strong understanding of project management platforms such as basecamp, trello, asana

  • Strong understanding of digital media workflows and processes
