Job Description

The Greenhouse team is on the lookout for someone unique. A person with drive, passion and energy to create something great. Never heard of the Greenhouse? The Greenhouse is a collaboration between Cossette, Cossette Media and the&partnership, formed in part to service TELUS. As a Manager, Analytics & Insights you will:

  • Support work across all areas of marketing communications linking disparate data sources to evaluate marketing and communication effectiveness from a 360 degree perspective
  • Inform and develop measurement strategies and oversee the implementation of detailed reporting, analysis and the development of data driven action plans to enhance performance
  • KPI-setting based on historical benchmarks (high level of collaboration with internal teams, client stakeholders, and partner agencies is typical and required)
  • Assess ad effectiveness across all channels from TV to digital against campaign objectives and brand measures
  • Contribute to and inform campaign optimization and testing where applicable, including but not limited to creative or message testing
  • Consultation with internal teams, client stakeholders, and partner agencies regarding campaign strategy and measurement
  • Recommend and assess qualitative research and brand/attitudinal studies and surveys
  • Assessment and implementation of appropriate analytical tools
  • Client and partner relationship management
  • Act as the gatekeeper to the data integrity and quality of all data sources and reports
  • Using web analytic tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to provide insights on performance of digital campaigns
  • Establishing KPI’s and success metrics for digital campaigns, including DR campaigns
  • Assisting in the preparation of documents and reports for client meetings and ongoing client communication
  • Explaining complex data and analytical concepts and processes to non-analytic based teams (both via email and in face-to-face situations)

what you bring to the table.

  • Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to tell a story using data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Experience within a marketing or agency environment a must 
  • Experience working with large groups / part of a team
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at a time
  • Passionate about turning data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, compile and interpret results
  • Proven ability to create reporting dashboards
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as DOMO, Data Google Studio and Tableau
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform preferred (Cloud Storage, Google BigQuery)
  • Evaluation & Implementation of custom data marts and other analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics and other tools
  • Ad serving experience or knowledge is a plus (DCM)
  • Experience with tag and pixel management
  • Experience with interpreting in-house and online research tools (Comscore, Vizu, Nielsen, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience in 1:1, social, web and media analytics
  • Familiar working knowledge of Omniture/Site Catalyst, DOMO, Radian6, Google Analytics 360
  • Experience with coding language in SAS, SQL and SPSS is preferred
