what you'll do.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to accelerate Cossette Media’s market leading capabilities in programmatic media. Working across new business and industry leading clients the role is highly entrepreneurial and highly collaborative. Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Activation the successful candidate will help define, design and iterate on Cossette Media’s programmatic advertising product while leading a team to deliver market defining service.  

Managing a team of supervisors, specialists and coordinators you will deliver against client objectives for Vision7 Media entities such as Jungle Media, Cossette Media and joint ventures; the Greenhouse and the Showroom.  You will help design and implement technical processes and solutions to deliver against our clients’ evolving needs and a developing ecosystem. You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, publishers, demand side platforms, ad exchanges and third party solutions to deliver transparent media value to both publishers and our clients.

The ideal candidate will manage processes and delivery across the client groups and will be responsible for maintaining the highest caliber and most engaged team in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in programmatic media including advanced understanding of performance optimization, enterprise technology integrations, attribution and measurement, and audience strategy.

Other responsibilities include

  • Lead senior client relationships and develop programmatic expertise across the group

  • Support selling and deployment of programmatic solutions across existing and new clients.

  • Support new business and marketing through thought leadership, PR and pitching

  • Manage and develop a best-in-class team including mentoring, objective setting, goal management and career development

  • Partner with analytics, media science, 360 planning, 1:1 and creative teams to deliver integrated customer experiences

  • Partner with analytics and media sciences groups to design and implement industry leading attribution and measurement solutions

  • Partner with data innovation group and other V7 entities to deliver custom programs for clients

what you bring to the table.

  • 5+ years working in a programmatic media environment

  • Proven capability to develop programmatic investment, operations and high functioning teams

  • Experience working with primary programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, VMG/OATH, Adobe), exchanges, ad servers and 3rd party tools

  • Experience with DMP platforms, 3rd party data providers, and measurement solutions

  • Exceptional analytical and  copywriting skills and strong knowledge of math and statistics

  • Ad operations background helpful but not required
