Job Description

Citizen is currently seeking a Digital Account Supervisor to work on-site with the growing digital team in our New York office. This is a full-time position and reports to the Vice President, Digital Strategy.



  • Experience overseeing / managing 2-3 junior team members (SAE to intern level)

  • Ability to lead client communication and provide real-time strategic counsel

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead and ability to juggle numerous clients and accounts

Digital Experience and Expertise:

Social media - Brand page/platform management

  • Experience providing strategic counsel across social channels

  • Community management

  • Copywriting

  • Creative direction

  • Measurement & reporting

Influencer Marketing

  • Experience developing strategic approaches for influencer campaigns

    • Small to large scale programs (15 - 100+ talent)

    • Oversee program budgets

  • Influencer marketing experience includes:

    • Influencer identification

    • Influencer outreach

    • Negotiations - payments and contract review

    • Content review and management

    • Measurement/analytics

    • Knowledge and understanding of paid social media landscape


  • 4 - 5 years of experience in a digital/social role at an agency or in-house

  • Expertise in growing and engaging audiences through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.

  • Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users

  • Proficiency in G-suite and presentation tools and skills

  • Skilled in the use of third-party social media management tools to maximize and track performance

  • Exceptional client facing and communication skills

  • Very high attention to detail
