Job Description

We’re on the lookout for someone unique. A person with drive, passion and energy to create something great. You will:

  • Play a pivotal role within the agency and work closely with colleagues from our offices across the country to plan, coordinate and execute internal and external communications.  

  • Implement the agency’s content strategy which is an integral component of our global marketing communications plan (it’s a really big deal).   

  • Create engaging and inspiring content and events for our community (staff, clients, partners... all humans really) while leveraging the full force of our integrated communications channels.

  • Contribute to and manage our editorial calendar, while working with a team of multidisciplinary colleagues to deploy its initiatives.

  • Work with the Talent team in Toronto to develop internal communication tools and happenings that are aligned with our employer brand, employee journey and culture, (read as fun yet brainy).  

  • Manage the agency’s local intranet communities and newsletters.

  • Be our social community manager, and monitor conversations, produce and analyze performance reports like no one’s business.

  • Act as a culture ambassador by ensuring our brand is reflected in everything we do and by contributing to an upbeat environment within a creative-driven organization.

  • Untouchable organization skills, proactivity and a positive attitude.

  • A black-belt in creating editorial calendars and juggling priorities.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills i.e. you like people and people like working with you.

  • Stellar communication (oral, written, GIF), problem-solving and project management skills.

  • A passion for social media and a desire to foster engagement through our digital strategy.

  • The confidence and ability to work alongside everyone in the organization, including our big cheeses.

  • Enthusiasm and curiosity towards the marketing industry and the art of multimedia content production.

  • 1-3 years of experience at a company driven by innovation like a start-up, agency, or tech firm.

  • A post-secondary education in communications, public relations or a related field.

  • A desire to stretch beyond your comfort zone, to learn, grow and become the communications ninja you have always dreamed of.

  • French written and oral skills are an asset - our roots are in Québec after all.
