We are in search of a Senior Digital Producer who's passionate about advertising and marketing but above all- lives and breaths technology. This person knows the ins and outs of digital production and is enthusiastic about new trends!
About the role
You will be responsible for executing and achieving the objectives of our Digital campaigns and products. You will be responsible for managing the scope, budget and schedule, while always delivering high quality work. This is an opportunity to experience a fully integrated agency model! You will work closely with all verticals including: account services, creative and our national digital team. Aside from working closely with internal stakeholders you will be client facing and responsible for developing strong relationships with them.
You will be responsible for defining the direction and approach as well as the project design and execution. You will ensure each project / product is correctly resourced, production is operating at the highest level, and the agency remains efficient with regards to project time allocation and budgets.

A good understanding of the digital process
A user-centered approach when building digital products
Skills and qualifications needed
Experience with large scale website builds (multilingual and/or e-commerce websites)
Experience working closely with developers, UX, business analysts, designers, and clients.
Experience determining project schedules, creating detailed project plans, estimating project costs, producing statement of work documents and other project documentations for each stage of the project.
Experience with quality assurance / UAT process
Experience working with remote teams and dealing with different time zones.
Knowledge of UX Design, Digital Design:
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Slack, Basecamp, Realtime board, Smartsheet, Trello (or other relevant project management & communication tool).
