We’re on the hunt for a motivated Account Coordinator with 1-2 years experience to assist in the day-to-day administration of marketing, public relations and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, very organized and have a strong desire to learn and be taught!

Reporting to the Account Director, the AC will consistently be managing the overall day-to-day client service and support to ensure the effective execution of client objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns. The scope of this position encompasses administration, project tracking duties, client communication, and budget handling.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.

  • Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.

  • Liaising with studio / production on production files.

  • Creating and/or providing feedback on project estimates and timelines.

  • Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.

  • Developing and maintaining a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.

  • Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner.

  • Attending the needs of the client and continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • Post Secondary education Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

  • Strong organization and communications skills

  • A “can do” attitude

  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines

  • Strong work ethic

  • Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
