Working closely with the Program Director on the Agency's flagship account, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing a given project through the entire lifecycle for full 360 Advertising Campaigns.
Lead and manage 360 Campaigns - from planning through to implementation - this includes TV, OOH, Radio, Digital and more.
Plan for and prioritize deliverables and resources from across all projects, based on scope of work and project goals
Create and own project scope, detailed project plans, priorities, deadlines, deliverables, schedules and financials in collaboration with account team
Proactively monitor projects to anticipate potential risks and identify solutions to address them in advance
Develop statement of work, scoping documentation and liaising with all relevant team members for required information
Lead production/resource planning and executing including internal facilitation, briefings, status meetings, and communication
Communicate a project’s progress with clients and internal teams
Share and implement project management best practices internally
Lead internal post-project reviews & analysis
what you bring to the table:
At least 4+ years project management experience specific to 360 Campaigns - preferably within the ad agency environment
Demonstrated ability to manage projects within strict deadlines and budgetary constraints
Demonstrated success in the management of multiple projects in the area of TV, Radio, OOH, Digital and more
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Proficient with MS Project and other tools
Enthusiastic problem-solver that can lead both large and small-scale digital projects
