Responsibilities:

·         Administrative duties

·         Program planning support

·         Support document development

·         Supplier sourcing and management

·         Staffing and recruitment

·         On-site execution support

·         Post-event reporting

·         Represent Citizen values every day

·         Show interest in actively growing to become an Account Executive

Qualifications

·         Undergraduate degree or graduate student from a relevant field (Marketing, Event Management)

·         Excellent research and writing skills

·         Time and project management skills

·         Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

·         Detail-oriented, organized and ambitious

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Team player

·         In-field/brand ambassador or event management experience considered a strong asset
