We’re looking for an Account Manger to join our close-knit team. Your role will be to help build trust and create a partnership with our clients. You should be able to identify opportunities and understand priority, as this is a fast paced environment. Taking initiative is key, and if you consider yourself and order taker, this role may not be for you. We’re looking for a passionate individual, who strives to create beautiful, thoughtful digital experiences that blow away, our clients. You’d be perfect for this role if you were a humble hard worker with an open-mind who knows that great ideas can come from anyone. And you should like to laugh (we do a lot of that).

At a Glance:

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the project management, design and development teams on a variety of initiatives for a mix of clients. You will help to keep the team on time and all while collaborating with our internal teams and key client stakeholders. You’ll need to be resourceful and hustle under pressure; must be able to work smart through adversity and deadlines. You’ll work with other members of the account services team to help guide, educate and inform as necessary.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and contribute to marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Develop and present material to team and clients
  • Exceptional ability to follow process 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Doc, Drive, Slide and sheets. Adobe, InVision, Confluence. Slack, and Trello.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills

What you’ll need:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience (ideally in an agency setting)
  • Strong knowledge in building budgets and tracking expenses
  • Experience in print, digital and non-traditional mediums 
  • Well organized, and very detailed oriented
  • Able to manage many tasks at once with strong leadership and presentation skills
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Passionate and strong team player with an open-mind and committed to excellence
