  • Manage non‑routine and complex processing and change requests, including analysis, documentation, execution, and validation.
  • Partner with clients to identify opportunities that improve program performance and provide education on Visa products, services, and operational best practices.
  • Analyze and trend internal and external data to identify process improvement opportunities, and present recommendations for adoption within the department.
  • Serve as a lead analyst on internal and/or client initiatives, applying best practices, lessons learned, and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Assess operational processes to identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and implementation documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Visa clients and internal partners, including technology, operations, and product teams.
  • Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate internal Visa resources to meet project commitments and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Report client project progress, accomplishments, and deliverables to management on a regular basis.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and, when appropriate, external clients.
