This role is strategy-led and execution-oriented, focused on accelerating Flex & Installments as a strategic growth platform by improving prioritization, roadmap clarity, and decision-making across products, regions, and initiatives.
The Senior Product Manager will operate at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and cross-functional alignment, translating market insight, performance data, and ecosystem complexity into clear priorities, scorecards, and recommendations that support acceleration plans and measurable growth outcomes.
This role requires a demonstrated ability to operate as an advanced user of AI-enabled tools and agent-based workflows, using them routinely to drive faster, higher-quality strategic insights, more effective planning cycles, and clearer executive-level reporting. The role will work closely with Product, Solution Enablement, GTM, Finance, Regions, Risk, Rules, and other key stakeholders.
This is a global role, requiring strong judgment to balance regional opportunities with cohesive global direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Director in defining and executing Flex & Installments strategy and high-growth initiatives, aligned to Visa growth priorities and regional opportunity vectors.
- Contribute to product acceleration plans by translating strategy into clear priorities, sequencing guidance, and measurable outcomes across products and regions.
- Lead and support market landscaping, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform strategy, market entry decisions, and prioritization across regions or verticals.
- Help evaluate new use cases, regional requests, partnerships, and product initiatives by framing trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and expected business impact.
- Support the design and evolution of pricing frameworks and price models in partnership with regional teams, balancing consistency with local market flexibility.
- Develop and maintain decision frameworks, scorecards, KPIs, and performance views to track progress against growth objectives and inform leadership decisions.
- Translate transaction data, adoption trends, market research, and customer feedback into clear strategic insights and recommendations.
- Operate as an advanced user of AI-enabled tools and agent-based workflows, applying them routinely to accelerate insight generation, scenario analysis, prioritization, and executive-level reporting.
- Prepare and support executive-level materials (strategy updates, councils, SteerCos, QBRs), synthesizing performance, risks, and decision points.
- Operate effectively in a highly matrixed global environment, influencing without authority and driving alignment across teams and regions.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
