Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end media strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Programmatic.

  • Oversee in‑flight optimization of campaigns using real‑time performance data to maximize efficiency and impact.

  • Ensure best‑in‑class media activation across brand, consideration, and performance objectives.

Performance Measurement

  • Own measurement frameworks across digital campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs across the full funnel.

  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Track and connect upper‑funnel media impact to downstream PV and performance campaigns.

Data Analytics, Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Lead the development and governance of automated reporting trackers and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Data Studio.

  • Ensure real‑time visibility of media performance across platforms, markets, and regions.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and executive‑ready narratives.

Testing, Experimentation & Optimization

  • Define and lead testing and experimentation roadmaps, including A/B testing, creative testing, audience testing, and platform pilots.

  • Oversee sandbox measurement, lift studies, and incrementality testing to drive continuous learning.

  • Scale successful learnings across markets and regions.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for media agencies, ensuring strong governance, performance accountability, and delivery excellence.

  • Partner closely with internal teams and all four CEMEA subregions to align on media priorities, execution, and best practices.

  • Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership with clarity and confidence.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Preferred Qualifications:

8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, or marketing analytics roles.

Deep, hands‑on expertise with media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube, DV360, or similar.

Strong experience leading measurement, experimentation, and optimization frameworks.

Advanced Excel skills; strong proficiency in Power BI and Looker Studio for data visualization and dashboarding.

Proven ability to analyze real‑time data and drive strategic optimization decisions.

Extensive experience working with media agencies, cross‑functional teams, and regional stakeholders.

Prior experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills
