Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Learning & Development Analyst to support the development of high-quality digital learning experiences. This role is responsible for transforming approved course design documents, storyboards, and source content into engaging, functional, and visually polished eLearning modules.
The L&D Analyst will work closely with L&D Managers and multimedia specialists to build and publish learning content using authoring tools and learning platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong course-production skills, a good eye for layout and learner experience, and the ability to translate design specifications into finished training materials. This role is ideal for an L&D professional with strong experience in program coordination, stakeholder support, and learning operations.
The successful candidate will bring practical L&D expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to independently manage learning initiatives from discovery through implementation and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Build eLearning courses from storyboards, scripts, and design documents
- Create interactions, quizzes, and multimedia learning assets using authoring tools
- Test and troubleshoot course functionality across LMS and device environments
- Publish and maintain SCORM/xAPI-compliant content
- Update and revise existing digital learning materials as needed
- Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to implement content accurately
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD
- 3+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional technology, or related work.
- Experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and online course publishing
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Ability to manage multiple course builds and revisions
- Some hands-on experience with timeline-based video editing software (Animaker, Synthesia), Camtasia, SnagIt
- Strong AI fluency, with experience using AI tools for learning design and content creation.
- Demonstrated interest in continuously learning and applying new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled approaches.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 109,700.00 to 170,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
