Job Description

The Business Conduct Office (BCO) is an integral part of Visa's global legal, ethics and compliance team.  BCO provides global oversight for the Visa Code of Business Conduct & Ethics (the "Code"), Visa's Compliance Hotline and online compliance reporting system, conducts investigations, provides general compliance counsel to various areas of the Visa business, and provides oversight for related policies (such as Conflicts of Interest and Non-Retaliation).

The Analyst will support Visa’s BCO forensics and investigations program, managing key aspects of forensics and eDiscovery workflows including data scoping, acquisition, analysis, and reporting. The role will work closely with BCO investigators, Legal, Cybersecurity, IT, and Employee Relations to provide forensic support on internal investigations globally, while assisting with case management, matter tracking, data analytics, operational reporting, and related special projects.

This position is an Individual Contributor role.

  • Manage forensic and eDiscovery workflows in close partnership with compliance investigators, Legal, Cybersecurity, IT, and Employee Relations (ER), including data scoping, subject identification, and preparation for forensic review.
  • Manage forensic data acquisition and preservation across different data sources, endpoints, mobile devices, and Internet-based sources.
  • Conduct forensic analysis, develop investigative timelines and reports, and present findings to lead investigators. Experience with OSINT tools, Nuix, Magnet Axiom, EnCase, FTK, and Cellebrite is a plus.
  • Assist and manage BCO investigations, particularly matters involving key controls and cybersecurity policy violations. Participate in interviews, case management, and oversee matter tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain operational dashboards for reporting and support strategic initiatives as required. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Manage forensic tools and platforms, performing regular assessments, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure readiness.
  • Manage data exports from cloud platforms and endpoints. Proficiency with Microsoft eDiscovery platform is a plus.
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, and Go for automation and security systems integration is a plus.
  • Experience with data analytics and Generative AI in legal and compliance, cybersecurity or related functions is a plus.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in computer science, digital forensics, cybersecurity or other relevant field of study
  • Professional certifications, i.e. EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), GIAC (GCFE, GCFA, GOSI, GASF), Certified Information Systems Security professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or other similar credentials is a plus
  • Experience managing the forensic and eDiscovery lifecycle from intake, data ingestion, analysis, and summary reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical and data analytic skills
  • Proactive, highly responsive, sensitive to confidentiality concerns, ability to empathize while maintaining professional objectivity, collaborative in close team environment, diplomatic, and flexible in adapting to occasional changes in case priorities
  • Ability to work independently and use good judgment while also collaborating frequently with BCO team members and others in Legal/Compliance/People Team
