Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist with solid experience in payments systems, particularly in card transaction authorization. This professional will coordinate the development and the certification process with new customers and evolution of products in a platform that ensures efficient, secure, and compliant transaction authorizations, with deep knowledge of Visa and Mastercard product rules and specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and the dynamics of our target markets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with cross-functional/multicultural teams, clients, and partners.
- Strong critical thinking and vision, with the ability to articulate and implement improvements in processes and products.
- Proven experience as a Tester or Implementation Specialist in the payments industry, with a focus on card authorization.
- Deep understanding of Visa and Mastercard product rules and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with authorization flows, ISO 8583 messaging, and integration with acquirers and issuers.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intermediate to advanced English (for reading technical documentation and interacting with global partners). Spanish will be considered as plus.
- Analytical skills to interpret metrics and identify process improvements.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
