Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in executing product strategies and initiatives, especially those related to the affluent segment, value proposition, and partnerships.
  • Operationalize product campaigns and new alliances, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Track and analyze key business metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates and reports to the product team.
  • Monitor the performance of the value proposition and benefits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Generate relevant insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive product growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the launch and optimization of products and solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, especially within the affluent segment.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in the payments industry, financial services, or product/marketing analytics.
  • Experience in campaign execution, partnership management, or business analysis is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
