Job Description

Visa Commercial Solutions is transforming how businesses manage payments, working capital, and employee engagement. Our platforms enable seamless B2B transactions, expense management, and benefits delivery across diverse verticals including fleet, travel, and employee benefits.

As Senior Manager for Employee Benefits, you will shape business development efforts across Europe, focusing on strategic partnerships with benefit providers and HR platforms. You will collaborate with the Employee Benefits European lead to gather insights from the evolving benefits landscape, develop tailored commercial propositions, and support the launch of card‑based products designed to help individuals save, spend, and borrow effectively.

What you will do day‑to‑day

• Partner Identification & Engagement: Identify and assess potential partners—including benefit platforms, HR tech providers, and fintech organizations—based on strategic alignment, scalability, and innovation potential. Manage outreach, develop clear proposals, and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Commercial Structuring: Work closely with VCS sales teams to shape and finalize partnership frameworks, including commercial terms, go‑to‑market models, and integration plans. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure consistency with Visa’s strategic, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a structured pipeline of benefit‑related opportunities in collaboration with the Employee Benefits European lead. Track progress through CRM tools, prepare periodic leadership updates, and support timely progression through each stage of the deal lifecycle.

• Client Co‑Creation: Engage with strategic clients to understand their requirements and develop benefit propositions aligned with workforce needs. Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and refine solution concepts in partnership with Visa’s product teams.

• Internal Advocacy: Represent client and market perspectives within Visa Commercial Solutions. Share insights on industry trends, partnership potential, and strategic considerations through presentations, briefings, and cross‑functional meetings.

• End‑to‑End Delivery: Guide clients through the full deal lifecycle—from initial exploration and solution development to evaluation, contracting, and launch—before transitioning to account teams for ongoing partnership management.

• Performance Optimization: Define KPIs for benefit partnerships and monitor performance post‑launch. Use data‑driven insights to enhance strategy, strengthen partner engagement, and support broader adoption across target segments.

• Product Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to develop flexible, digital‑first benefits solutions that expand beyond traditional card‑based offerings.

This is a hybrid position. The expected in‑office schedule will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
