Job Description
The Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations will support the growth and operational excellence of Intelligence and Data Solutions, VCA Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Vice President, Intelligence and Data Solutions, this role will contribute to strategic planning and programs, business performance tracking, and operational initiatives that enable IDS to scale effectively across the region.
This role will have matrix reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations and will work closely with VCA leadership team and cross-functional teams across Visa, including Sales, Product, Client Services, Finance, and People.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic and operational plans for IDS AP in partnership with the Senior Director S&O and IDS leadership team.
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives across IDS AP related to the overall growth and efficiency of the business.
- Track overall IDS AP business performance
- Contribute to the design and rollout of scalable infrastructure and processes, including project management tools, knowledge management systems, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress on strategic priorities.
- Prepare materials and insights for leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong academic credentials, a bachelor degree is required. MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus. Experience in payments, banking, or technology sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
