Job Description

  • Support and lead our global regulatory expansion activities across money movement, and in partnership with the broader organisation
  • Work collaboratively within a team focussed on strategic initiatives that drive long-term enablement for money movement
  • Conducting analysis in liaison with business stakeholders to define business and enabling requirements
  • Taking ownership of critical project delivery activities, and adept at preparing materials, considerations and approaches for execution
  • Taking a leading role in driving successful project delivery by partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders – both internally and externally
  • Working with external advisory and support teams to problem solve key considerations and issues
  • Leading regular project review and governance forums with senior stakeholders and partners
  • Identifying and owning key projects that help to diversify Visa’s strategic growth across money movement.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the payments industry (preferable) and a deep understanding of Visa’s Money Movement solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience in the payments industry, specifically in cross border payments.
  • Highly strategic, strong business acumen, with great intellectual agility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different disciplines both written and oral.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and drive results, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and any risks to the project are called out early.
