Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced individual to join the Debit Processing Service (DPS) Operations team as a Product Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, relentlessly curious, and passionate about driving continuous improvement. This role requires someone with a strong execution mindset, able to translate ideas into action, deliver results quickly, and maintain a high sense of urgency.
The successful candidate actively seeks out opportunities for operational excellence, initiates and leads conversations across multiple teams, and consistently pursues innovative solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution: Proactively own and improve product operational activities, consistently seeking opportunities for automation and efficiency. Demonstrate an execution mindset by driving initiatives from concept to completion with urgency and accountability.
Cross-functional Influence: Initiate and lead conversations across product, technology, client services, and other teams to align operational processes with organizational objectives. Confidently present recommendations and findings to VP-level and executive stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Relentlessly pursue opportunities to design, automate, optimize, and implement processes that enhance operational effectiveness, including incident management, release management, documentation, and billing operations, with a strong emphasis on increasing product team productivity.
Documentation Excellence: Maintain high standards of documentation for operational processes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Data-driven Decision Making: Drive and maintain key operational metrics, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
AI Enablement: Evaluate, enhance, and implement tools and solutions using Microsoft AI capabilities, including Copilot and AI Agent development, to support operational activities and drive efficiency and innovation.
Continuous Learning: Embrace a culture of continuous learning and improvement by encouraging innovation and staying abreast of industry best practices.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
Basic
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Industry Experience: Experience in the payments, technology, or software industry.
- AI Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft AI capabilities, with experience using Copilot and developing AI Agents beyond basic applications.
- Agility in Dynamic Environments: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Execution Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into action, deliver results quickly, and maintain a high sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.

- Product Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of product management practices and frameworks.
- Process Improvement: Experience implementing enhancements, process efficiencies, and solutions to drive operational excellence and increase product team productivity.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124,300.00 to 180,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
