Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. The Value-In-Kind (VIK) Analyst will support the management, analysis, and reporting of the financial aspects of non-cash contributions and partnerships. This role focuses on accurate transaction recording, data analysis, and operational support to ensure VIK activities align with the company’s financial goals and compliance requirements. The VIK Finance Analyst will work closely with various departments to track and optimize the value of non‑monetary contributions.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Oversee the accurate recording and reporting of VIK transactions in accordance with accounting standards and regulations

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports to provide insights into VIK performance.

  • Analyze key metrics and ad-hoc analysis to inform action-oriented business insights

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of VIK agreements, ensuring they deliver expected value

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Support VIK operational processes as necessary to ensure that transactions comply with company policies and procedures

  • Assist the VIK team in monitoring compliance requirements.

  • Help identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes where needed.

Collaboration and Relationship Management:

  • Work closely with marketing, procurement, legal, and other departments to manage VIK partnerships.

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding VIK financial data.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and training materials for stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts of VIK creation, inventory, and consumption

  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of VIK contributions against budgeted targets. Analyze variance and data to highlight actionable risks and opportunities to business plan

  • Identify and propose enhancement to planning and forecasting process and finance reporting systems.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
  • Exceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce and coordinate time sensitive deliverables
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Experience with complex financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, TM1) is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong curiosity to connect the dots and tell the story through analytics and visual aids.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling (Microsoft Excel) and building presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint)
