Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Operations Manager to support cross-functional product initiatives and serve as the strategic liaison between Product and client-facing teams. This role will focus on establishing robust client feedback frameworks, managing cross-functional messaging and documentation around product enhancements and value propositions, and facilitating seamless communication across various organizations. This is a highly visible role which requires exceptional verbal/written communication skills and the ability to serve as a strategic connector between product teams and multiple business functions.
Requirements:
- Support Product Managers in capturing client input by implementing robust frameworks and facilitating cross-functional feedback processes and best practices for client engagement across various stages of in the product lifecycle
- Formalize pilot feedback processes, assist in tracking conversion metrics and improvements across multiple programs, and support continuous feedback loops with Commercial teams
- Serve as a strategic bridge between Product and client-facing teams, contributing to systematic approaches for sharing customer feedback with Product Leaders through interviews, client council forums, and focus groups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consensus on target audiences for feedback collection, assist in analyzing findings, and synthesize market research insights into structured recommendations for Product Managers
- Support the establishment of regular communication cadence with Product Marketing and regional partners to ensure product messaging reflects pilot feedback, client insights, and market research
- Foster consistent communication between Product Marketing and regional partners to align product messaging with evolving customer needs and market dynamics
- Audit current client communications to identify process gaps and ensure all the external product collateral is reflected appropriately
- Analyze findings and connect the dots with client feedback and market research insights to deliver structured reporting to Product Managers to help inform future roadmap decisions
- Provide ad-hoc operational GTM support during product launches
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree in business, product operations, or other quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in product operations, go-to-market operations, consulting, or related field.
- Prior experience supporting a fast-paced Product organization and ability to demonstrate leadership in driving complex go-to-market initiatives end-to-end
- Prior experience leading client feedback forums, focus groups or client council workshops
- Excellent written / verbal communications absolutely required to work with senior executives across various geographies and functions, comfortable leading business and technical discussions
- Self-starter with outstanding project and time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to influence successfully in a matrixed and virtual organization.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, CRM tools such as MS Dynamics, advanced excel and PPT and Analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, a plus
- Understanding of cross-border payments industry, a plus.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 146,200.00 to 211,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
