Job Description
The AP Processing and Partnerships Team plays a crucial role in managing and developing processing solutions, as well as building the partnerships with key processing partners. By overseeing end-to-end processing solutions and partnerships, the team ensures that Visa is the best way to pay and be paid. This comprehensive approach strengthens Visa's leadership in the payments industry and drives seamless experiences for clients and consumers alike.
As part of this team, you will serve as the product program analyst for the partners in AP. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to accelerate revenue growth, identifying high-potential client targets, use cases, and verticals. By collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders, you will provide valuable regional market insights and feedback to shape priorities and drive enhancements to the Visa network. Your role adds significant value by providing the best partnership to the clients and enable them to access to all visa’s products and solutions
Be the lead of strategic initiatives and achieve revenue growth
Support development of the strategy for product rollout acceleration, including determining high potential client targets, use cases and verticals, etc.
Work proactively to overcome internal and external blockers to achieve sales objectives
Work with Operations, Compliance, Legal and Finance business partners to execute the initiatives and bring the operational excellence to the partners
Identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive improvements and increase effectiveness.
Provide regional market insight and feedback to influence priorities and drive network enhancements.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales/business development cycle in payments/fintech/banking industry preferably
- Background of strategies development and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering for partners
- xcellent program management experience and data analysis skillsets.
- Passionate about what you do and excited about the opportunity to transform payments working for the industry leader
- Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating across functional activities, and obtain buy-in
- Advanced Excel management and PowerPoint presentation creation and editing skills and experience
