Job Description
Lead development and execution of annual/multi-year plans with Visa’s Clients and Partners (Financial Institutions, Merchants and FinTechs). In doing so, leverage Visa’s Sponsorship assets, capabilities, partnerships and advisory services:
Develop a clear understanding of the client’s business strategy and objectives and tie those in with Visa’s strategic objectives in the market
Use a data-driven approach, leveraging consumer trends and insights to propose business growth-driving initiatives
Exhibit a strong understanding of digital marketing practices and advise clients on the best path forward to achieve strong business results using tools, platforms, influencers and sponsorship assets
Identify new market opportunities that will increase value-added services to clients and end consumers
Establish, develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and agency partners translating strategy into objective actions and driving efficiency within defined processes
Influence and gain the support of client partners to participate in Visa marketing activities, through a high level of collaboration, influence and negotiation
Execute digital marketing campaigns and other initiatives to drive Visa’s strategic objectives and client’s business goals
Effectively leverage Visa’s sponsorship assets, partnerships, capabilities across the region and globally to deliver incredible value to our client partners
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Understanding of how to measure and analyze the performance of different channels.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and data visualization tools in order to create engagement opportunities and drive strategic outcomes
- Strong planning and project management skills with advanced written and spoken communication
- Significant experience in marketing with a strong campaign planning and implementation, marketing planning, target-setting and strong track record of flawless execution and delivery
- Strong understanding of key P&L drivers to build effective business cases
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing practices
- Demonstrated track record in the management of external clients, agencies, and the development of through the line campaign materials
- Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy
- Strong understanding of the region, multicultural sensitivity and a commitment to drive an inclusive culture
- Candidate must be open to travel as relevant within Visa’s safety and security policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Tech, FMCG, retail banking experience is advantageous.
- Bachelors in Business, Management, Advertising or equivalent degree /
- diploma
- Proven relationship management and sales skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing
