Job Description

This position is responsible for reviewing Co Brand applications from our Issuers The role performs due diligence checks on applications from Issuers or Co Brand partner to ensure eligibility to participate in the program  Additionally the analyst will be responsible for updating the relevant Visa systems and occasionally providing updates back to the business and line manager

It will be important to be able to interact with clients be comfortable with tools and systems and following processes across various teams

What we expect of you day to day

  • Ensure Co Brand applications are reviewed and processed within set timelines
  • Respond to queries with a customer focused lens and acting as the first point of contact
  • Ensure applications and requests from mailbox are responded within timelines
  • Run data extracts and running weekly MI reports to provide summary of application load
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demand
  • Review and assess end to end process documentations
  • Provide escalation to Senior Manager exercising judgment to identify unusual scenarios or potential risk
  • Working with OKRs and SLAs
  • Identify operational process improvement opportunities

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage high volume of work with constant detail orientation able to meet deadlines with quality work
  • Experience working within a Financial/payments background 
  • Experience with investigations/ due dilligence/ managing risks
  • Attention to detail is very important
  • Proven ability to set and deliver upon priorities within busy shifting environment
  • Growth mindset and results oriented and able to drive delivery of solutions
  • Be commercially focused and pragmatic
  • Focus on continuous improvement and ability to identify opportunities
  • Quick learner comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across peers functions geographies
  • Ability to keep manager informed and involved on ongoing basis
  • Working expertise in Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective professional level English verbal and written communication skills
