Job Description
The Visa Direct Global Partner Expansion & GTM team plays a critical role in growing the Visa Direct Money Movement business. The team is comprised of global payments experts with strong analytical skills that are responsible for developing strategic plans to drive and accelerate Visa Direct expansion across regions, countries, payment rails, use cases and verticals. The team collaborates closely with solutioning and global/regional sales teams to help demonstrate the opportunity and value proposition of Visa Direct for both top tier and the long tail of reseller partners.
- Crafting Partner Expansion Packs for Top Tier Clients
- Maintaining Analytical Models based on input from ever evolving business needs
- Maintaining Self Serve Analytical Platform, ensuring adoption across global and regional sellers
- Build a new model to demonstrate the value proposition of one of the following: Push to Account, Push to Wallet, B2BC, VXBS
- The deliverable will be a model along with the appropriate documentation on how to use for the sellers. The model will be global in nature, applicable to all regions, and will require engaging the product, data science, sellers, regions, product and legal.
- Key measures will be accuracy and adoption rate of sellers.
Scale
- One of the teams’ key objectives is quickly scaling everything we build. We do this by reengineering our model onto our self-serve analytical platform and then providing the necessary training for our sellers on how to use.
- This person will be required to take existing excel based model(s), and figuring out how to successfully migrate to tableau, including designing and building an intuitive UI. Measure once again will be Adoption of our sellers.
- Will require working with sellers, BI teams, designers.
- One model is built, work with our business intelligence (BI) team to build a new model to demonstrate the value proposition of one of the following: Push to Account, Push to Wallet, B2BC, VXBS
- The deliverable will be a model along with the appropriate documentation on how to use for the sellers. The model will be global in nature, applicable to all regions. Key measures will be adoption rate of sellers.
- This role would suit someone who is creative, enjoys Analytical type work, working with large data sets, working to understand the needs of our stakeholders, is inept at searching for additional data sources to further enrich our offerings.
- This role would not suit someone who dislikes working with data and analytics, and does not have a creative mindset.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field graduating December 2025 or later
- Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment

- Self-motivated, results driven, with the ability to quickly establish clear, well thought out action plans.

- Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Information
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $27/HR to $30/HR USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
This is a hybrid position: Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
