Job Description
The Analyst will support partnership management initiatives for some of Visa’s most prominent strategic global partners. You will have the opportunity to develop an all-round perspective of the way Visa works partners across the ecosystem, including global merchants, acquirers, payment gateways and technology partners. Success in the role requires working well with a multitude of cross functional external and internal stakeholders to cultivate partner strategy and to execute on existing/new partnership agreements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Establish operating model for execution of partnership agreement and reporting of partnership agreement progress to all key stakeholders
Prepare client pitches, business performance reviews and operational reviews to engage partners and identify mutual areas of growth
Cultivate relationship with partners and being the primary point of contact to assist partners in resolving operational concerns
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets and support the creation of analytic insights about partner performance and help deliver findings from those analyses to external and internal stakeholders
Develop and execute on partner strategy in Asia Pacific. You will work with the partner management team to execute on commercial deals and identify new ways to bring to life Visa’s product solutions through partnerships
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a business, commercial or technology discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in either financial services, technology platform or startup
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Can-do attitude with desire to drive outcomes through collaboration across multiple disciplines and organizational groups
- Excellent communication skills to navigate and influence multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data analysis into actionable insights to drive partner strategy
- An ability to juggle multiple priorities, providing high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment and often ambiguous situations
- Curiosity and a strong passion for all things payments, particularly in shaping Visa’s next phase of growth through partnerships
