Job Description

Job Summary:

As the Senior Manager for the People Systems AI Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Generative AI strategy and roadmap for the People Team. This role involves working within an agile framework, utilizing JIRA tools and processes, driving the development of generative AI solutions to deliver connected and enriched employee experiences, and defining key success criteria and metrics to demonstrate the ROI of created solutions. You'll also be responsible for tracking the adoption of the Generative AI solution and supporting ongoing adoption and change management. Working closely with our People Technology team, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of the product, from its inception to maintenance. Key Duties:

  • Define and manage the implementation of the Generative AI strategy and product roadmap, leveraging your experience with Generative AI-based applications.
  • Drive the development of Generative AI solutions that deliver connected employee experiences.
  • Define key success criteria and metrics to demonstrate the ROI of created solutions.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, creating custom solutions from inception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Track the adoption of the Generative AI solution and support ongoing adoption and change management.
  • Collaborate with the People Technology team, utilizing agile principles and JIRA tools to manage product development.
  • Gather, prioritize, and articulate product and customer requirements working with key stakeholders to define the product vision.
  • Stay up to date with AI and machine learning trends, applying this knowledge to the continuous improvement of the platform capabilities and products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.

 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications Needed:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the AI domain.
    • Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
    • Experience with Generative AI-based applications and creating custom solutions from inception to deployment.
    • Proficiency in agile methodologies and JIRA tools.
    • Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
    • Excellent teamwork skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Additional Information

    Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

    Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 106,400 to 138,400 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
