Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Help drive the global sales enablement strategy, working with sales, product leaders and agency partners to support a roadmap of compelling sales materials, toolkits and playbooks to accelerate sales.
- Partner with sales leaders and regional teams to align sales enablement content strategies with sales priorities and pipelines.
- Contribute to the development of the operating model for how we effectively design, develop and deploy new sales collateral using voice of the insights, customer personas and data.
- On-board, train and manage creative and copy writing agencies that will help deliver new sales content based on our value proposition, brand and terminology
- Become a key stakeholder with Product Marketing to help build out commercial customer journeys for all priority client segments, identifying and delivering content that fits into each stage.
- Ability to create content if needed, with strong copywriting and editing skills to be able to tell a comprehensive story to our customers.
- Maintain the content management system, partnering with Operations teams to refine and define how content should be consumed and stored by analyzing the content usage including regular review of used and updated content.
- Support the development of an effective sales enablement training framework globally and regionally to ensure content and processes are uniform.
- Measure success of the sales enablement plan with a constant feedback loop between GTM, global and regional sales, and regional commercialization partners
Qualifications
• MBA, relevant graduate degree or similar academic / professional experience
• Post-graduate experience in sales enablement, GTM, business development
• Experience in and a passion for payments and fintech
• Experience managing commercial content agencies
• Strong acumen in commercial strategy, specifically in financial services, payments and fintech
• Ability to independently lead and manage projects with multiple work streams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration capabilities
• Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
• Strong global business acumen and ease of communicating cross-culturally
• Passionate about working with colleagues across the globe to develop go-to-market and growth strategies for a rapidly growing business unit
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to management and external business partners
• Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, and driven
• Top communication skills, including oral, writing and presentation capabilities
