Job Description

The Digital Enablement Solutions team is seeking an outstanding Product Analyst with the vision, passion and commitment to contribute to Visa's global digital and mobile enablement strategy.

The Digital Enablement Product Management team is responsible for global product strategy and execution of numerous mobile-related initiatives.  This is an individual contributor role which will meaningfully contribute to the success of multiple Digital Enablement Solutions products, such as Visa Transaction Controls, Visa Digital Enablement SDK and several more. 

Reporting into the global GTM Strategy and Commercialization lead for the team, this role will contribute to various product workstreams, go-to-market activities, internal and external communications, market research, strategic analysis, creating product sales materials, coordinating quarterly global product meetings and other activities.  

Responsibilities include:

Commercialization: Translate product strategy and capabilities into actionable commercialization efforts and assets for all Digital Enablement Solutions products across all global regions.

GTM Planning: Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and plans for target markets.  Participate in the execution of critical product launches and strategic projects across global markets.

Marketing and Product Liaison: Serve as an effective liaison between cross functional teams to facilitate the creation and delivery of marketing content/campaigns between corporate Marketing team and Digital Enablement Solutions product owners as well as understand the product functionally at a detailed level.

Product Training & Coordination: Coordinate and create materials for internal training, marketing and product awareness activities including internal webinars, product overview sessions, etc.

Sales Collateral: Create go to market assets including but not limited to sales and marketing collateral, demos, Visa Online content, product blogs, client testimonials, product spotlights, etc.  Marketing:  Manage the product marketing calendar and collaborate with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to coordinate the execution of marketing activities.

Artifact Creation: Manage newsletter and internal go to market documentation for Digital Solutions.

VDP: Work closely with the Visa Developer Platform (VDP) team to enable and distribute Digital Enablement Solutions products to clients and partners.  Create and own Digital Enablement Solutions product content on VDP.

Sales Support:  Participate in product presentations with sales and support the creation of new business opportunities.  Drive efforts to create and update demo apps and prototypes with new features.  Manage the distribution of prototypes and other sales collateral with Visa sales and partners.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in payments, project/program management, digital/mobile, or product management/product development disciplines with a bachelor’s degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • You demonstrate srong verbal, written, and presentation skills 
  • Must be able to build product subject matter expertise, and understand, represent and communicate detailed product and elementary technical functionality associated with our digital solutions.
  • Motivated to develop an understanding of the evolving industry context as well as developing a broad and deep understanding of Visa’s business and products.
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas with a passion for developing clear, effective, and compelling presentations, newsletters, and product materials.
  • You are proficient in using data analytics tools, PowerPoint and Excel
  • • Experience with sales automation tools, Google analytics, app store analytics, data analysis and reporting tools a plus. 
  • Able to work independently, and with broad instructions.
  • Adaptable to a variety of different work and projects
  • Strong business acumen and a global mindset
  • You are able to work well with others in a collobartive environnment

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 102,300.00 to 132,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
