Job Description

Visa is seeking a Digital Media Manager. As a member of the France Belgium & Luxemburg FBL cluster, this strategic role is based in our Parisian office. You will report directly to the Head of Brand & Product Marketing within the FBL Marketing organization. As an expert of Digital & Media Strategy, you will embrace the ambitious of the Premium Program to contribute to support Business & Brand objectives. Leading the Digital strategy and coordinating the Media strategy, you will collaborate directly with Brand, Client and Product teams to deliver the best integrated plan leveraging Paid, Owned, Earned, Search.

The Role

Leading the Digital strategy and coordinating the Media strategy, you will collaborate directly with Brand, Client and Product teams to deliver the best integrated plan leveraging Paid, Owned, Earned, Search.

What’s it all about:

The Digital Media Manger FBL will:

Be responsible for the good execution and reporting of the paid media campaigns on Digital and social media for the Premium Program

Manage media campaigns from end to end: Brief, campaign set-up and media plan follow-up, monitoring, reporting and measurement working in line with the media agency under PESO Senior Manager supervision.

Implement the social strategy on brand social channels in line with the PESO Senior Manager: editorial calendar, social content creation, reporting and measurement

Define the best Talent strategy and implement it in line with the Premium Program strategy

Leverage top sponsorship properties (i.e FIFA, IOC, UEFA Women’s Football, Formula One, Esport, Art, Culture,…) to create more engagement opportunities amongst the target audiences

Manage wisely the budget and operations

Communicate regular performance reports and optimization recommendations that will help to improve Business & Brand performances at the service of our Premium Products

Ensure measurement and analysis setting the best framework

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What we’re after:
Results-oriented marketer with experience with world-class brands.
Strong experience & appetite for Digital & Media strategy from Owned, to Paid, to Earned, to Search
Integrated campaign experience from brief to delivery and analysis.
Measurement, analytics and reporting skills.
Social & Advertisement culture.
Sport, Esport & Partnership experience is a plus
A track record in creating work that drives preference and differentiation.
Experience working in a matrixial environment
Self-motivator and strong collaborator with a pioneering spirit
Excellent written and verbal communications and ability to communicate to a diverse customer audience, including internal audiences and external partners.
Adept and rigorous strategic thinker, problem solver and pragmatist, using data to convey insight with strong story telling capabilities.
Proactive sense of urgency and ‘can do’ attitude, ability to lead a team that can be agile and evolve and adapt to dynamic business conditions.
Experience managing relationships with agencies, partners, suppliers, and other vendors, including driving creative teams to go above and beyond.
English proficiency essential
Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
