Job Description
Own every aspect of Visa’s strategic relationship with the client, leading on all day-to-day interactions, engaging across multiple levels within Visa and the Client.
Ensure the retention of Visa’s existing business with the assigned client and proactively develop incremental business streams.
Support in the management, execution and co-ordination of client RFIs, RFPs and work with internal Visa stakeholders to deliver best in class responses to deadlines.
Support in broadening meaningful engagement with c-suite & ancillary stakeholders at the client to position Visa as a strategic partner for not just cards, but for new payment flows and values added services.
Meet targets for net revenue, payments volume and other strategic objectives.
Support in updating the existing Account Plan with engaging, data-driven content to present to the Senior Leadership Team on a quarterly basis.
Work with the Account Manager at Visa to support prioritisation and execution of operational items
Identify client opportunities for new products/services enabling business improvement and growth in line with the client’s business objectives and priorities.
Support on the development of the overarching strategy for the client and Visa.
Engage with cross-functional colleagues ensuring teams such as product, marketing, client services and consulting are appropriately involved and supporting client development.
Demonstrate good knowledge of all Visa products and services, to identify opportunities aligned to the client’s requirements, developing specific, data-driven business cases that strike a chord with the client’s vision and values.
Deliver and package presentations to senior stakeholders within Visa and the client to articulate business performance, trends and opportunities, suggesting ways to develop existing business, improve performance and grow volume
Manage contractual budgets, investing in initiatives that have mutual benefit to the Client’s and Visa’s business priorities (e.g. adoption of new Visa capabilities, penetration of value-added services).
Work with the client and Visa to executive Value in Kind initiatives to support the growth our mutual businesses.
Champion Visa with clients and champion the clients within Visa and build deep mutual understanding of goals and needs.
Support cross functional initiatives as required.
Work independently and take ownership of specific initiatives and projects, with guidance in the most complex situations
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
