Job Description

The Manager will be a member of the CMS Strategy, Business Planning & Operations team. The team plays a key role in leading strategic initiatives to optimize commercial operations, driving the annual planning process, providing business insights and analytics, and delivering ongoing performance reporting.  The team is also responsible for identifying and driving improvements to functional processes, including data capture and reporting.

Essential Functions

  • Support development of CMS scorecard and KPIs: play a key role in providing scorecard updates, and driving scorecard-related initiatives

  • Support monthly and quarterly business reporting

  • Develop processes that optimize existing reporting beyond monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Independently conduct analyses that support key strategic and commercial initiatives

  • Support development of clear and concise executive level communications for use in internal and external forums

  • Are hyper-organized with a great attention to detail -- you’re able to find the most efficient process to tackle a problem

  • Have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with CRM systems a plus

  • Are eager to learn, and are not afraid to approach a problem with no evident solution

  • Are excited to collaborate across different teams and all levels

  • Have very strong communication skills, both oral and written

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 3
years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2
years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 or
more relevant years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,
JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
