Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Senior Analyst, Solutions Manager (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to

  • Lead and contribute to strategically important initiatives to launch impactful Visa Direct programs with key named global clients across multiple regions.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative payment solutions with high-profile digital partners, utilizing Visa Direct and other Visa products and capabilities.
  • Identify new product and solution opportunities for Visa based on the needs and plans of named global partners.
  • Present new solution concepts and ideas to clients as well as internal stakeholders and collect feedback and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Visa product managers and architects to design and develop new digital payment solutions for a set of named global partners.
  • Establish and manage program structures with key work streams and internal stakeholders identified for successful deployment of the solutions with the partners.
  • Define and contribute to commercial models for the solutions, including pricing, key agreement terms etc.
  • Perform and orchestrate in-depth research and data analysis to gain detailed understanding of the named clients services and business.
  • Create and provide inputs to monthly status and business reports as required. 
  • Position reports to the San Francisco, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
  • This position may require travel 5-10% of the time.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Business Management, or related field, followed by 7 years of progressively responsible, post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related analyst or product manager occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Business Management, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related analyst or product manager occupation.
  • Analyzing large transactional data sets, interpreting situations, and making decisions
  • Conducting market analysis and competitive analysis to understand consumer sentiments and ability of product to influence new markets
  • Gathering requirements and understanding client needs, developing required analysis, and synthesizing materials to stakeholders
  • Solution design and client consultation
  • Establishing and managing program structures with key work streams and internal stakeholders.
  • Change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design
  • Guiding business partners and coordinating with technology partners to define and evaluate strategic and holistic solutions
  • Meeting with stakeholders and business partners to gather requirements and understand needs, develop required analysis, and synthesize materials to apprise stakeholders
  • Designing data driven repeatable processes to interact with stakeholders and business stewards to solve business problems.

Additional Information

Worksite: San Francisco, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position may require travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $132,300.00 USD to $211,600 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
