Job Description

The candidate will work as part of the Client Service CRM team and will bring proven experience in developing and delivering CRM strategies for the business, resulting in an increase in tangible value. The candidate will design, develop, and integrate Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The candidate will have hands-on experience in any market leading CLM tools such as – iCertis, Apttus, Ironclad or Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will bring robust experience and expertise in developing technical solutions and requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can implement software development strategies that align with the business functions. This role will participate in design discussions, create solution design deliverables, and ensure successful delivery of Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities.

  • Performance Management: Regularly monitoring and reviewing employee performance and providing feedback to help them improve.
  • Delivery Management: Lead the delivery of CLM portfolio of programs from Bangalore. Establish Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice to drive consistent and quality delivery of CLM capabilities and in conjunction with Client Services Objectives and Key Results (OKR). Handle multiple scrum teams and initiatives with varying and competing timelines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve the performance and reliability of our CLM systems. Promote Agile and Lean delivery model to improve the speed and quality of delivery.
  • Engineering excellence: Actively identify and execute on industry trends. Elevate technical proficiency of team. Reduce technical debt. Actively rationalize to avoid tech stack duplication.
  • Operational excellence: Evolve focus to platform reliability by focusing on self-healing, telemetry and Quality of Service (QoS). Ensure 100% compliance with Cybersecurity norms Drive to keep technical artifacts up to date. Drive for operational excellence to reduce the technical debt and be fully accountable for the end-to-end management of the services you are in charge.
  • Stakeholder management: Build relationships across the Sales and Service delivery teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution. Involve stakeholders in the decision-making process and willingly make difficult or unpopular decisions for the best interests of the organization.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with CRM software development, specifically, MS Dynamics 365 and other peripheral tools, products and platforms.
10+ years or more of project delivery experience in application development (e.g., software development/engineering delivery, development and implementation, delivery and design).
Knowledge of Agile project management is a MUST. Relevant certifications are preferred.
Proven experience of CLM domain, ideally with tools like iCertis, Ironclad and/or Apttus.
Functional understanding of CRM Services business flow in CRM systems.
Strong conceptual and analytic skills. Ability to design and build complex interconnected systems.
Experience in evaluating business requirements and turning them into technical designs.
Experience with analytic techniques including process modeling, requirements elaboration, data modeling, and business use case and user interface prototyping.
