Job Description
Position Summary
The Global Revenue Operations team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with strong financial, operational and system background to support the following operations: contract review and pricing setup functions, process improvement initiatives, revenue/pricing system projects and quarterly management reporting.
Essential Functions
- Lead North America Issuers and Value-In-Kind services contract review process, accruals, and pricing setup functions
- Provide on-going support to Sales, Deal team and Strategy on contract review, pricing data requests, and external client facing meetings
- Assist Management on quarterly reporting packages and annual regulatory filings to various US government agencies
- Partner with regional Revenue Operation teams on global contract review and pricing implementation. Must be able to work across different time zones to collaborate with global teams such as Regional Sales, Strategy, Product, and IT
- Perform technical research on VisaNet payment processing logics to resolve billing and contractual inquiries/issues
- Develop data model to support short term manual billing process and long-term automation plan
- Work with cross-functional teams on Revenue and Billing system enhancement projects
- Assist with North America Fee Schedule management process
- Perform deep dives into contracting and billing/revenue operation processes from end to end and partner/influence stakeholders to drive innovative solution for on-going process improvement related to client billing/invoicing/reporting.
- React to changing business needs proactively and assess/implement the impact of these changes to contractual clients, revenue systems, processes, and external/internal stakeholders globally. Provide qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support decision making
- Educate internal stakeholders on new billing/pricing system and reporting capabilities
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD with Work experience with data analytics
• Comfortable working with a heavy data volume, knowledge of Excel VBA or SQL is helpful
• Advanced skills in both MS Excel and Access, and extensive data mining experience using OLAP tools
• Proficient with other MS Office applications such as Word and Power Point
• Strong business analysis/problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and upbeat customer-service attitude
• Must be able to prioritize tasks to focus on team efforts and maximize results
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment to drive results
• Self-motivated and be willing to utilize and learn new technology to solve problems
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 118,500.00 to 171,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
