Job Description
Objectives of this role
• Managing CRM Enhancement Agile process for CRM Product team.
• Defining Product Features.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Collaborating with Development Teams: Working closely with engineering and design teams to develop and enhance the CRM system.
• Overseeing Implementation: Ensuring the new features for the CRM are properly implemented across the organization, which may involve working with various teams and departments.
• Prioritizing Development.
• Analyzing User Behavior: Using data to understand how users are interacting with the CRM system and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing Stakeholder Expectations: Regularly communicating with stakeholders about the progress of CRM development and implementation.
• Budget Management: Managing the budget for CRM development and implementation, which might involve making decisions about which features to develop based on cost and impact.
• Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
• Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
• Develop an ongoing training, implementation and communications plan to drive consistent and effective use and understanding of the CRM across teams.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Qualifications
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Previous experience building CRM strategies and implementation.
• Product management skills: developing, managing and prioritizing a roadmap and backlog, taking into account competing business needs.
• Strong analytical skills along with project management and planning skills
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, engineering and business administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementation and enhancements process.
• Should be analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel.
• Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• A strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
