Job Description
Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Product Manager (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to work with financial institutions and corporate clients to plan, execute, launch and support Central Travel Account (CTA) programs fully into production. Work cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Development, Operations, Full Service Teams, TMC Partners, among other teams, as needed for successful operations and daily/weekly/monthly activities. Plan, manage and implement the CTA programs using industry and travel data and commercial card business experience. Execute appropriate program and project management methodologies and detail program and project documents to ensure project success. Provide appropriate oversight and management of resources to individuals who do the project execution work to accomplish the tasks. Maintain effective communication with impacted parties and stakeholders on a weekly basis through leading and facilitating weekly project team conference calls. Continuously monitor progress, tracking action items, obtaining customer feedback, and providing weekly status updates (verbal and written). Project milestone progress to the project team, senior management, the client, and banking partners. Ensure projects are successfully delivered and operating well. Support migration activities from DB2 to Hadoop. Develop and publish Client Tableau monthly dashboards. Make appropriate recommendations to deliver or improve the CTA Solution to external customers, vendor partners, as well as internal product and technical teams (platform or global systems) for the product roadmaps. Position reports to the Austin, TX office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager or Program Manager-related occupation.

Rate of Pay: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $119,100.00 USD to $190,400.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
