Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. SW Engineer (multiple openings) in Atlanta, GA to Responsible for system development, implementation, maintenance and support of Visa's clearing and settlement systems, which clear, settle, and deliver transactions to issuer and acquirer financial institutions globally. Develop programs for enhancing Visa's critical Clearing and Settlement systems. Collaborate with business units and technical staff to design appropriate solutions. Evaluate options and provide recommendations on the scope and scale of effort required to develop solutions. Create design documents, code, and unit and functional tests. Document and implement new programs and subprograms, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software. Support and deliver on resulting initiatives from the business plan and technology strategy eliminating duplicative components, and demonstrating re-use, architectural design, and use of innovative products. Position reports to the Atlanta, Georgia office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or closely related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

WORKSITE: Atlanta, GA     

SALARY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $122,450.00 USD to $149,800.00 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
