Job Description

Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Product Manager (multiple openings) in Highlands Ranch, CO to be responsible for product strategy, development, and launching of new features and products. Develop new features, functions, and platforms to support expanding scope of responsibility in the Risk/Fraud space. Provide technical leadership in several areas of expertise, including design and develop proof of concepts for new products encompassing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical services, delivering high availability and performance. Write well-designed, testable, efficient software technical design specifications, meeting security best practices and successfully delivers product requirements. Contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle. Investigate technical design defects and make necessary corrections. Lead key initiatives while delivering efficiency through automation. Own development of product strategy, go-to-market plans, and all elements related to product documents (concept document, business case, product backlog). Develop and execute new initiatives to simplify, standardize and optimize the infrastructure and platform design to reduce cycle times and increase reliability, stability, and service agility. Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across several functional and technology areas to execute business priorities and meet challenges of technology, regulatory, security, and competitive conditions. Create complete, concise business and technical level requirements including use cases, report and screen mock-ups, API file transmissions, and cross-functional requirements. Maintain technical product documentation as modifications are made, and work with project development teams during the design, creation, data conversion, and implementation of new solutions. Build cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business results. Translate user requirements across diverse functional areas into a compelling product vision. Position reports to the Employer’s Highlands Ranch, CO office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Rate of Pay: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $127,345.00 USD to $200,900.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
