Job Description

As a Product Marketing Intern at Visa, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Visa Product and B2B Marketing team. We are building a world-class Product and B2B Marketing function, leveraging modern marketing strategies and capabilities to create go-to-market messaging, sales enablement, and demand generation. These efforts aim to grow Visa's Value-Added Services (VAS) and Commercial and Money Movement Business (CMS), the next-generation growth engines of Visa.

As the Product Marketing Intern, you will:

  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans for the Visa products and solutions you support. This will be achieved by partnering with agencies, product, sales, and regional marketing teams to meet Visa’s business goals.
  • Champion the analysis of market data and intelligence, transforming them into insights that will help us create and run high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Learn and ultimately own content creation around our solutions and offerings with an audience and customer-focused mindset.
  • Acquire and build proficiency in understanding the sales process and creating content to enable sales with better marketing content.
  • Acquire and utilize digital marketing skills to create awareness and demand for our solutions.
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to the team, contributing to ideation and experimentation with new ideas.
  • This internship will provide an opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling product and B2B marketing organization.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • Students pursuing a MBA Degree with a graduation date between May 2025 and August 2025 or between December 2024 and August 2025; Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior experience in either product marketing, B2B marketing, product management, sales, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • An audience-focused mindset, strategic thinking, results orientation, and the ability to approach any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.
  • Financial and analytical acumen with an ROI orientation.
  • Global sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world.
  • Ability and experience to manage multiple workstreams across multiple projects
  • Ability to use insights and data to inform out-of-the-box thinking
  • Bring fresh creative ideas to increase efficient and effective experimentation
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, culture-obsessed, data-driven team

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $53/HR USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
