Job Description

Visa is seeking a Director in the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to manage the operational Business Planning, Enablement and Governance team

This leadership role will be crucial to our continued development and ensure the TA organization is enabled and operating in compliance with processes and policies and positions our Talent Acquisition teams for success

 

The role requires recruitment operations experience leadership skills and successful team management experience

 

This position reports to the Senior Director, Head of Business Planning, Operational Excellence Enablement and Governance

 

This role will lead the Business Planning Enablement and Governance teams who support our TA organization globally ensuring appropriate resources are aligned to support business growth manage our annual budget process deliver enablement resources that uplift TA team capability and support how we deliver operational performance

 

In this role you will be accountable for Business Planning Enablement and Governance team working with the broader Business Planning function to deliver on critical initiatives to deliver annual OKRs that support the execution of the long-term TA strategy.

 

Work with TA leadership team globally to understand the business needs provide thought leadership to continuously measure and drive excellence in our Enablement and Governance Framework

 

Prepare and deliver appropriate updates to TA Leadership

 

Work closely with Legal Compliance and Audit to deliver on all regulatory and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
12 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
Preferred Qualifications
10 to 15 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree or
12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
Experience in full life-cycle recruiting teams with at least 4 years in a corporate environment with a fast growth company
Experience managing and growing a global team
Proven expertise in customer relationship management strong consultative skills
Prior experience providing consulting services to a division or divisions relative to workforce planning topics such as salary equity internal movement and staffing level planning
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced evolving work environment
Excellent negotiation skills ability to contribute ideas for creative recruiting techniques
Experience with ATS and HCM tools preferably Workday
Experience or strong knowledge of AI governance related to TA practices
Experience in helping drive new employment policies and procedures throughout the organization

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,600.00 to 180,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
