Job Description

The Senior Workplace Manager, Corporate Services is responsible for the delivery of workspace services facility

maintenance activities, refurbishment projects for the Visa Paris office

The position will interface with all levels of Visa management vendor service organisations, property managers and local authorities

 

What we expect of you, day to day

 

Responsible for the delivery of all workplace services in the Visa Paris office.

 

This includes but is not limited to Janitorial specialty cleaning pest control housekeeping mail printer services and café services

Manage coach and appraising onsite Facilities analyst

Primary point of contact with local landlord/property management functions to

ensure Visa facility needs are being met. Ensure all state and Local codes and regulations are met

Manages facilities space planning build and refurbishment projects moves adds changes

Governs day to day operations and reports to management on weekly activities.

Develops budget plans with Director of Corporate Services and ensures fiscal responsibilities.

Manages costs and tracks expenses via Visa’s financial tools

Manages site and corporate programs including but not limited to managing Visa Key Controls, Policies and Procedures, including the Site Emergency Response Program SERP

Responds to and manages alarm and security incidents within the site conducting initial

investigation measures in coordination with Business Leader – Global Security & Safety

Responsible for issues affecting the safety and security of Visa Inc employees visitors and contractors

Works with minimal supervision and is able to establish themselves as a subject matter expert

Governs development and delivery of maintenance and ensures a healthy and safe work environment, ensures vendors are executing the plan appropriately recommends and implements changes to the plan

Ensures Safety processes are implemented in accordance with local legislation as well as in compliance with Visa internal standards and procedures and identify and implement any new directives as needed to support the local office.

Utilizes purchase requisitions and purchasing cards per the established process

Other responsibilities include coordinating and administering vendor relations and contractual agreements for facilities programs interfacing with Corporate Services team as well as senior management and office personnel interacting with building maintenance and security management to ensure a safe and secure work environment

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What we’re after

Extensive experience of implementing facilities management processes

Ability to manage third party vendors

A basic understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

A working understanding of Health and Safety best practice in an office environment

Demonstrable ability to work and collaborate with both internal and external clients

Strong customer service and personal interaction skills

Can handle multiple complex activities in parallel

Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products essential FM

Systems CAD and BMS systems preferred
