Job Description
Manager Business Development (BD) Support for GCC supports the Country Managers (CMs) and BDs (sales executives) of the region in achieving financial and business goals. The support covers data analysis, project management, dashboard creations, internal reporting, business planning and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial planning, data analysis and reporting
- Champion the internal adoption of Visa CRM tool (Dynamics), support Business Planning & Operation (BPO) head in driving Dynamics usage by publishing data such as opportunities, pipeline dashboards and account plans.
- Provide in-depth analysis for timely decision making. Analysis would include – Revenue Calculations, Incentives tracking, Cross border trends, VAS revenues, new flows (ex: Visa Direct).
- Generate periodically high quality and timely internal reports.
- Be the ‘go to’ person for all data requests, and co-ordination with different stakeholders
- Pro-active trend analysis and advisory of business teams on upcoming risks and opportunities
- Business Planning & Strategic projects
- Identify key opportunities within market, and provide analysis and business case justifications to address the opportunity
- Lead specific projects for the cluster (ex- Strategic plans, Client surveys) requiring broad co-ordination efforts across multiple countries or functional areas
- Competition tracking - actively participate in Market share analysis together with GCC Business Planning and Operations team
- Play a key role in creation of country strategies and annual plans
- Track and report progress against country plans and scorecard metrics
- Prepare internal and external presentations and documents to support Cluster Heads
- Actively contribute to the development of the team through sharing of information and coaching

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the commercial aspects of Visa’s business

- Deep understanding of payments, Visa’s products & value proposition
- Knowledge of data analysis tools
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in banking/ financial services, Consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Skilled at using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, knowledge of MS Power BI, Tableau and Business objects is a plus
